Repairs & Maintenance
Where minor concerns are allowed to persist they can lead to larger problems and a bigger repair bill. Furthermore, failing to deal with repairs can be a significant cause of frustration amongst employees and residents.
To prevent this happening Brass Facilities ensure that all repairs and replacements are dealt with quickly and effectively. Our services include checking and/or replacing:
- Internal and external light bulb and lamps replacement;
- Fluorescent light starters (as required);
- Coving, carpet, floorboards and laminate flooring; and
- Staircase nosing, handrail, door handle, letterbox and glazing.
Work is carried out between the hours of 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise required and access for residents is always maintained.
Regular maintenance of a property ensures that it remains in good condition which extends its life and reduces the need for expensive one off repairs. Our trained staff provide the following;
- All general electrical works including replacing lights, switches, sockets including installation or repairs to all external lighting.
- Repairs & maintenance e.g. fixing staircase nosings, handrails, letterboxes, replacing glazing and door handles etc.
