Brass Facilities is an independent Cleaning and Facilities Management company, with offices in Birmingham and Manchester.

When you award your contract to us the Operations Director, Ameet Samani, will personally meet with you to discuss and agree operational issues. You will then be  assigned one of our dedicated regional managers. Their role and purpose is to provide you with the care and support you need. 

We will carry out the following (as part of our dedicated personal service to you):

• a monthly inspection of your premises;
• provide you with a monthly report based on that inspection;
• provide you with a schedule of work (Service Level Agreement) to be carried out;
• ensure that work previously identified has been completed; and
• attend to any queries you may have.

In selecting Brass Facilities you become one of over 100 sites where we are contracted to manage over 250 annual services.

Your satisfaction is our business, therefore while we endeavour to provide the highest standards of service, there may occasionally be unforeseen circumstances where we may fall below the level of what we expect. Rather than sit in silence we would much prefer that you alert us to any shortcomings by contacting your regional manager or supervisor via our central telephone line (0845 003 0797). They will then contact you to resolve the issue.
