A member of the maintenance office team will review and evaluate the works requested to decide on the best suitable approach. We will instruct our maintenance team to attend site within three working days (normally much sooner). If this is an urgent call out request we always aim to attend with 24 hours. Our team of experienced and skilled operatives will adhere to the works scheduled, removing all waste whether this is hazardous clinical waste job or overflowing bin stores or even large fly tipping and leave the area swept clean and tidy. After satisfactory completion photographs and a report will be emailed to all customers.
