
Ameet Samani – Managing Director
As the Managing Director of BRASS Facilities, I am proud to lead a team of over 125 dedicated professionals, all committed to delivering exceptional facilities management services. Trust is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring our clients receive seamless, reliable, and high-quality service across cleaning, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, and maintenance & repairs. Our leadership team, including our experienced Heads of Department, works tirelessly to uphold the highest standards, conduct site inspections, train staff, and manage daily operations. This strong structure allows us to provide dedicated tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Beyond BRASS, I’m a firm believer in the balance between hard work and family life. As a dedicated family man and father of two amazing, lovely children, I understand the importance of creating safe and welcoming spaces – not just in business, but in everyday life. Whether I’m leading a team meeting, spending time with my children simply enjoying the outdoors at home. Speeding down snowy mountain slopes on skiing holidays or travelling around Asia learning new cultures my goal is always the same – to make a positive impact on the people around me. David Cooling – General Manager (North)
I have recently been promoted to General Manager of all our Northern operations. This is an exciting next step in my career, and I am thrilled to take on a role with broader responsibility and influence. As General Manager, I will oversee day-to-day operations in the North, managing budgets, contracts, and client relationships across all departments. I will coordinate teams, optimize workflows, and ensure contracts meet Brass Facilities’ high standards. My role also involves strategic planning, setting goals, improving processes, and ensuring services exceed client expectations. I will continue working closely with clients to meet their needs, resolve issues, and maintain the highest standards. With my experience as Grounds Maintenance Manager, I aim to use my expertise to oversee scheduling and uphold quality standards in all services.

Carley Moran – Office Manager
Having worked for Brass Facilities for over 7 years in different departments I have recently taken on an additional role alongside head of maintenance as office manager. Over this period I have grown with Brass and have gained a deep understanding of the company’s operations, history and values which now allows me to demonstrate strong office leadership skills within our main office departments.
My duties vary within the office, they include supporting HR processes by assisting with high level confidential meetings, carrying out training to new members of staff and improving processes and systems within the office.
I look forward to continuing adding to my knowledge and experiences to progress further.

Katie Collins – Head of Cleaning Services
I am the head of a large cleaning department dedicated to ensuring that my three tier management team and all working operatives deliver exceptional cleaning services to all our customers. With a committed mobile supervisory team, I oversee our operations and take pride in fostering a positive work environment where my team feels motivated and valued.
Outside of work, I cherish making new memories with my daughter. We love exploring and going for walks together, and I also find great joy in reading.

Sam Stock – Head of Window Cleaning
My name is Sam I’ve been in the window cleaning industry for 25 years and have cleaned windows on everything from Banks to Air Traffic Control towers. I started out with my grandfather in his family business which he ran successfully for over 40 years. I now bring my experience to Brass Facilities to ensure we provide trustworthy and reliable services.
In my spare time I enjoy being with my wife and 2 children, we love going on walks with our dog and visiting the cinema. You will also often find us in a country pub enjoying food and a pint of local beer.

Carley Moran – Head of Maintenance Department
I’m Carley, I have been with Brass for 7 years in various roles including sales and marketing, however in recent years I was promoted to the head of our fast growing repairs and maintenance department. My department is a medium sized group of multi skilled operatives handymen and qualified skilled tradesmen. Along with and an internal administrator who I manage to ensure that all of our customers receive a smooth reactive response for all forms of property maintenance both planned and reactive.
Outside of work I really enjoy spending time with my family and socialising with friends, I have a child that loves to explore the outdoors, and I also love watching live music and cooking for people.

David Cooling – Grounds Manager
I have been the Grounds Maintenance Manager at Brass for many years now and my role revolves around overseeing the upkeep and management of our various Grounds and Estates contracts. My department has seen constant steady growth from year to year. I manage a team of experienced Grounds maintenance operatives, coordinating tasks like annual grounds contracts, adhoc work, maintaining equipment, and managing any landscaping projects. My responsibilities also include budgeting, planning, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. I am hands-on and strategic, balancing the day-to-day maintenance tasks with long-term planning, while also liaising with clients and other stakeholders. When I’m not working, I enjoy watching football, listening to music and spending time with my daughter.

Lucy Skeldon – Senior Finance Officer
I am a Senior Finance Officer at Brass Facilities in full control of processing payroll for the Brass group of companies amongst all other financial aspects for the business. I am responsible for many different categories such as departmental budget controls to ensuring all invoices are processed for our customers and making sure the day to day running of our accounts department is a smooth operation.
When not working I am a busy mom to two beautiful boys, so you will always catch me in a soft play area loving life. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and LOVE a Formula one weekend!!

Sophie Pratt – Senior Credit Controller
I’m Sophie, I work in the finance department and as the Managing Directors Assistant. In addition I am also the Credit Controller for the group so ensure this side of the business always has money rolling in, which also keeps me busy! When not at work or outside enjoying the sunshine, I’m usually at home with my daughter or enjoying my own company!

Tom Hickman – Commercial Business Development Manager
I’m Tom and I work as head of commercial sales here at Brass Facilities. I have worked in the retail sales industry for many companies, the most well known one being Coca Cola. I have years of experience and knowledge on how to support my customers and building lasting relationships. My core values are honesty, reliability and a can-do attitude.
You’ll often find me tending to my garden, cooking something in the kitchen or spending time with my wife and son. In my spare time I enjoy watching football and classic movies alongside with training for various half marathons I sign myself up for!

Richard Ford – Residential Business Development Manager
My name is Richard Ford and I’m the Residential Sales Manager for Brass Facilities.
I’m fortunate enough to have the best job with the most fun at Brass!! A large portion of my role is to build strong relationships with all our lovely existing and new Property Managers and help them to look after their sites and, as if this wasn’t enough, I also then get to liaise with our fantastic Heads of Departments on a regular basis! When I’m not in the office I enjoy playing golf, bowling and going on fishing trips with my old man and in between try and spend time with the wife and my beautiful King Charles Cavalier ‘Douggie’ on long walks (usually involving a stop off at a pub!)

Katie Summers – Online Social Media and PR Specialist
I’m Katie and I’m the Online Social Media and PR Specialist here at Brass Facilities.
With a background in professional photography and a passion for storytelling, I help shape how Brass Facilities connects with the world—capturing the heart of what we do. I publish online to all social platforms for plus email e-flyer campaigns. Anything for online marketing, PR and future SEO sales / I take great pride in making the Brass brand have greater online presence! Whether it’s highlighting the hardworking teams behind the scenes, showcasing day-to-day projects, or sharing real testimonials, I aim to reflect the impact we’re making to business properties and residential apartments communities with honesty and clarity.
To me, great content isn’t just about looking polished—it’s about being real, relatable, and true to the people behind the brand. Lydia Price – Maintenance & Window Cleaning Departments Assistant
I’m Lydia, I’m an admin assistant for both maintenance and window cleaning departments. My role keeps me busy organising and supporting both departments to help things run smoothly.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling around the world and seeing new places. I’m also a big fan of music and enjoy seeing my favourite artists live.

My name is Lindsey, I am an admin assistant in the cleaning department. My role is to give support to the head of the cleaning department and to make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
